Jeremy Paule started with Curtis in 1997. Previously working with United Grocers Cash & Carry, now known as Smart and Final, he developed an equipment procurement program while managing several perishable departments for over 10 years. Foodservice has always been his career of choice, from his first job washing dishes to working at his Mothers Restaurant.
Jeremy’s greatest pleasure is derived from helping an operator bring their dreams to fruition. This is his primary focus, coupled with larger projects including schools, hospitals and institutional foodservice.
Jeremy strives to continue living in what he considers one of the finest areas on the planet, Central Oregon. Most weekends you find his family out on the water fishing, whitewater rafting, or riding behind the boat, soaking up the sun and water.
Mark Rawlings started with Curtis in October of 2006. He has spent the last 20 years in just about every facet of the food service industry. Starting as a dish washer at 15 at a Sizzler in North Idaho, he worked throughout high school and college in every possible position before finally opening his own restaurant and catering company in Bend, OR at the age of 28. For the opening of his restaurant he is proud to say that he worked with Curtis Restaurant Equipment.
His area of focus is predominately inside sales for the Bend branch which lends itself to working with all types of foodservice programs including chains, independents, hospitals, schools and residential customers.
Mark spends his free time with his wife and two children doing whatever makes them the happiest.
