Sacred Heart at RiverBend is a state-of-the art regional medical center. On the main floor of the hospital Curtis Restaurant Equipment equipped a full hospital kitchen. The kitchen is designed for food prep and cafeteria back-up. It includes a tray make-up assembly, and has a full dish room and cart washing station.
The hospital food court is located on the second level. It includes full kitchens for varied a varied offering that includes American, Italian, and alternating international cuisine. The second floor also houses a self-service cooler, bagel display, three “grab & go” cases, and cold food cases.
In addition to the foodservice equipment and installation Curtis Restaurant Equipment also provided custom stainless steel pieces throughout the hospital. The work included outfitting various rooms, with stainless steel fixtures, counters, and shelves.
