The Springs at Greer Gardens is a resort style retirement community.  It is built on the grounds of the former 14-acre nursery in Eugene, Oregon called Greer Gardens.  The facility has cottages for independent living, apartments for independent and assisted living, and a memory care unit.  The amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, movie theater, convenience store, and concierge services.  The kitchen is designed to provide restaurant quality meals.  The beautiful restaurant provides all day full service dining.  The Wood Stone oven and rotisserie are positioned up front for interactive viewing.  They also have a full service bar called Fancho’s Public House, complete with a large screen TV and pool table.
