Arnold Center

Oregon State University’s Arnold Dining Center was remodeled to achieve a “grab & go” concept of dining. This layout allows students easy access to multiple food and beverage stations, before they proceed to self check-out.

“Grab & go” food items include pizza from a Woodstone oven, made-to-order sushi in sushi cases, Asian grill items, a full salad bar, traditional grill items, and delicatessen case. While the remodel was primarily front-of-house, additional remodeling was done in the dish room, along with minor kitchen upgrades and millwork.
