In January 2017, a new dining and residence hall opened at the OSU Cascades campus in Bend, Oregon as part of their campus expansion project. The dining area is called the ‘Beaver Dam’ and features a variety of food concepts ranging from traditional to vegan and globally inspired cuisine. The dining area seats up to 250 guests, with additional seating available outside. The space also features a coffee bar, booths fitted with LED Screens, a fireplace, and more.
