Venti’s Café & Tap House located in Salem, Oregon. Venti’s emphasis is on good food, in an inviting yet edgy atmosphere, and a commitment to unique flavor, attitude and culture.

From the outside, the building retains the log cabin appearance it had in a past life when it was the Chalet. Inside, it is colorful, wooden and modern, with new hoods and a beer cooler to house its rotating selection of microbrews and ciders. Curtis Restaurant Equipment completed the project by providing new cooking equipment and smallwares.
